- We were founded in 1937 by Lord Victor Mishcon. Lord Mishcon was appointed a member of the Wolfenden Committee, whose recommendations eventually led to the decriminalisation of homosexuality.
- We represented Professor Deborah Lipstadt in her successful defence of David Irving’s claim that he had been libelled in her book ‘Denying the Holocaust’. Irving was found to be “one of the most dangerous spokespersons for Holocaust denial”.
- For the last 15 years, we have run the ‘Pink Law’ Legal Advice Centre with the Queen Mary University of London’s Legal Advice Centre. It offers free and impartial advice on issues affecting the LGBTQIA+ community.
