We support intended parents from across the globe. So wherever you reside, whether you’re considering a UK journey or an international journey in the USA or Mexico City, we’ve got you.
How are we doing it? Well through our founders own lived experience of surrogacy, we’ve developed an agency like no other. With concierge membership with our members at the heart of it. All of our members receive a generous benefit package as part of your membership which is tailored to support you and your needs throughout your journey – because we’ve been there too.
We know that choosing surrogacy to grow your family can be scary, that it may not be what you originally envisioned and after hours of research you still might not know where to start. That’s what we’re here for – to support you and your surrogate from the very beginning. We’ll walk or run with you, laugh or cry with you – it’s what we do.
No one journey is the same, that’s why we’ve developed different memberships depending on whether you already have a surrogate, whether you have embryo’s or not and depending on whether you’re you journey will be in the UK or not.
If you’re UK domiciled (at least one intended parent), then we can offer you two different concierge memberships pathways, each of which come with their own unique set of benefits. In addition, surrogate memberships can be added to your main concierge membership – surrogate matching and support membership and pre-matched journeys.
To meet our criteria for the UK pathway, intended parents must:
Have a combined age of under 100 for a couple or under 55 for a solo journey
One intended parent must meet domicile status in the UK
Have to have a clinical reason why surrogacy is needed
No relevant criminal conviction
Professional counselling
Legal support from a choice of surrogacy/family law specialists
Surrogacy and post-natal support from The Mindful Birth Group
Baby First Aid provided by Mini First Aid

The Surrogate Matching and Support membership will match you with a surrogate and ensure that your surrogate and her family are fully supported before, during and after your pregnancy. All our surrogates will have a clinical assessment to include medical history, saline infusion sonography to assess the uterine cavity ,and will be screened for virology and STD’s before starting treatment, to ensure that there is nothing that will prevent your journey from going ahead.

Above all this your surrogate will have her own dedicated point of contact, via our experienced surrogate membership team as well as peer to peer surrogate support via our MSJ app, Your Journey.
We’re seeing more frequently that intended parents are coming to MSJ having already found their surrogate. This is normally due to wonderful people that are willing to help your friend or family.

At MSJ, we understand that a UK surrogacy pathway isn’t right for everyone. With the average UK wait time for a surrogate around 18-24 months, a match is never guaranteed. This is one of the drawbacks with a non-commercial destination. That’s why we’ve spent time exploring other safe and ethical pathways for our members, all the while remaining dedicated to setting the standard of surrogacy globally.

At My Surrogacy Journey, we recognised that there was a need to provide our members with a safe pathway for international surrogacy. We spent time with fertility and medical professionals and a specialist human rights lawyer, all in Mexico City, to develop the Mexico City pathway for intended parents.
In the Summer of 2024 we re-launched our USA Pathway to add further support and offer greater benefits to those exploring surrogacy in America. Budget management on a US pathway is vital. Which is why we have introduced several new key services for our members exploring surrogacy in the USA, and we’re confident no UK agency is offering the level of impartiality and being budget focussed on your surrogacy journey.
