Meet Our Travel Consultant – Sian Pages

Hi everyone. I’m Sian. I live in rural Oxfordshire with my husband, our 11 year old son and our black Labrador.
I started my company almost 8 years ago, after experiencing ‘burnout’ whilst working for the NHS.
It was on holiday, when I made the choice to leave behind my career and start my business. Holidays have been where a lot of big life decisions get made in my household. Because it’s only when you step away from what’s familiar, leave work behind for a moment and allow yourself the time to reflect, that you have the headspace to really think.
Travel has always been a huge part of my life. It’s how I was able to meet my husband – Nicolas, who’s French. We travelled a lot during our younger years, hopping on planes for the weekend every chance we got. Now, our trips are more considered and planned in advance as we take our 11 year old everywhere we can.
I genuinely believe that travel makes us more tolerant and kinder. It offers us opportunities to bond to those we love and create moments and memories to last a lifetime. It’s why I love what I do and why I never underestimate the value of a holiday.
It’s why I’m also really proud to partner with MSJ. Because I understand that the travel required here, is purpose driven. It’s the completion of a beautiful journey and I have the privilege of helping in that journey. My role is to absorb as much of the organisational stress of travel as possible, to be there when IP’s need travel guidance and to just be a friendly voice when they need a moment of calm.
